Becoming better can be frustrating, especially at things you are not good at. So how can we turn this seemingly strong weakness into an undeniable strength?

You have to want to do it.
Once you’ve figured that out, here are another two sub-components that will help you:
1. Show up for yourself:
There are moments when people will say “showing up is half the battle”. I agree but I don’t fully stand by the statement, 50% of the work is not just showing up rather it’s showing up for you. You decided you wanted to get better at this, so you have to make sure the intent is to improve yourself.
2. Quality Repetitions:
It’s not about getting the quantity in, it’s about how well you execute these tasks and understand the process while practicing. It's about learning how to improve every time. It’s not easy but being honest with yourself by acknowledging your strengths and limitations is the quality, now we just have to rep it out.
Realistically, these are the tools that are going to get you undeniably better at anything you do.
As always I’m here to help! So, what do you want to get better at today?
