We’ve seen it before, tons of people doing sub-optimal programs or strategies and you’re wondering to yourself how the hell are they so strong and jacked?
The answer is pretty simple, sometimes hard work and consistency is the magic you’re looking for. We are living in an age where people really want to know, what’s the best way to do something and sometimes this breeds a culture of laziness.
Sometimes we’re so focused on being perfect, that we forget about things like training intensity, adherence to the program, and just being a unit. So make sure you’re following the steps in order in order to reach your goals and possibly even surpass them next time.
Start off with a plan, make it as fun and optimal as you want but once you’ve decided what this plan is, make sure you adhere and stick to it. There are going to be off days when you may feel like scrapping this project. More often than not, It’s probably best that you finish the mission ahead of you before starting a new one and recycle this bad habit over and over again.
Adherence is key to your success. After you finish your plan, you can start critiquing yourself and finding ways to make the next one better but you better finish this damn plan first.
