Training means a lot to you but to be frank it’s just a small part of your amazing life. There are so many other things that are left out there for you to achieve. Making sure training is going well while you live your life is a top priority. Working out is supposed to be fun, fulfilling and the extra serotonin to ease up on a stressful day.
If you spend a lot of your time thinking about your workouts or workout goals, then clearly you love this activity. Making sure everything is going well means more than just progress. Sometimes it may mean embracing maintenance. You could be at a stage in your life where there’s a high level of stress occurring outside of training, making sure that you’re not regressing is already a PR. Don't underestimate the power of consistency and preventing regression.
So give this some food for thought, and really think about how you’re going to approach balancing out this crazy life of yours! I know this is not the answer you may want to hear, but there isn’t really a one-size-fits-all approach here because we are all unique individuals with distinct goals, priorities, and commitments. Achieving balance requires a personalized approach tailored to your specific circumstances. Finding balance is a continuous process that requires introspection, self-awareness, and a willingness to adjust as life unfolds. Embrace the journey!
