What Is Your Purpose? This Is Your Guide To Structure For Training!

Coach here! The main purpose of today is to help you understand what you’re going into the gym for today… Literally today!


Most of the time as regular gym goers, we tend to rely on long-term goals like hitting a certain physique, going to a competition, or preparing for a wedding or vacation to help us understand why we are in this damn facility in the first place.

I’m here to help you understand what you want today, because time and time again, we are reminded that living in the moment may yield the best results. So what do you want out of this session?


Your goals could be hypertrophy, hitting a PR, burning a specific amount of calories, or just showing up! All of these reasons are valid if it’s genuinely what you want.


So before you head into the gym next time, think about your purpose. Once you realize this, go in there and give it your best. We’re not asking for perfection here, it’s as simple as realizing that you want to be a little bit better.


Not to be cliché, but remember small consistent efforts just like this result in a huge sum of results over time!
